You cant cancel without printing a form from their site and mailing it to California HQ at least 5 business days before your renewal date. Eventhough my trainer and I had agreed that all sessions were used and we were done, my account audit at the end of this year revealed that they are still billing me for monthly dues and monthly training. Extremely unethical company. After a couple of months injured and unable to go to the gym I decided to call and cancel my membership until I'm able to exercise again and also to inquire about an annual membership fee that I was charged without my knowledge on my last credit card statement from December.
