I have been with LA Fitness since 2006, and have been quite satisfied overall. Customer service representatives could be more upbeat and smiles can be added to the pot. Other than that, I would want to give it a benefit of doubt by this 5-star rating I gave. Could we see some consistency in this area? Thanks!
Best location I've been to outside BB court, pool, jacuzzi, volleyball, soccer courts
Lately not so happy with LA Fitness Playa Vista location. They have been leaving the paper towel dispensers empty to often.
Not a looker in the bunch. In the whole bunch not a single looker.
Love my gym, everyone is nice and says hello, the equipment is all in excellent condition and clean and I never have to wait for a bike or machine and the spin classes are the best!
