This is about LA Fitness as a whole. I'm very displeased with there customer service. I recently moved to California and joined ASAP. After exactly one week or business days (normally) I wanted to cancel and get a refund. Well LA Fitness counts Saturday as a business day and will not refund me anything. In fact the corporate representative I spoke with was smug when I asked if we could meet in the middle and refund my initiation fee and I'd be glad to pay first and last months fees still. I love that facility. Total ecstacy. But parking is not good. We need a 3 hour validation, not 2.
