Anne and Craig were great to communicate with in the purchase process. I had tried with several other pool suppliers in Havasu to get prices either no interest or the pricing was way too high. We purchased a new Pentair pool pump as well as a new Pentair pool heat pump. Today we finally started using the Heat Pump and it’s perfect. It took the pool from 65 to 85 over night. Install was great !!! Thanks to Anne and Craig !!!
BEWARE!!!! This establishment has a pitbull on site and roams the store OFF LEASH!! With the downtown strip being a very pet friendly area, I walked in with my golden retriever on a leash and their pitbull immediately charged at my dog in attack mode. I kicked the pitbull away before it was able to grip my dog's neck and continued to push the pitbull away until the workers (gals) came over to get their dog. I can’t even begin to say how grateful I am for Craig to come out and take care of issues with our pool that were created by the last maintenance company that we used. Extremely quick to respond and even faster to get the job done! Great supplier for Equipment, service, cleaning and supplies! These people are extremely knowledgeable and are experts in pool care!
We've had our pool home in Havasu for over 12 years and just recently found LA Fiesta over the 4th of July holiday. Anne and her assistant were extremely helpful and super sincere in wanting to help us with our filter repair because it was going to shut down our pool for the holiday if we didn't get it fixed. In our hour of need, they went above and beyond and asked Craig to conduct a service call on the morning of the 4th which he agreed to and was at our house first thing in the morning and fixed the issue.
