I've been a resident at La Estancia for 4 years, and overall my experience has been very positive. One thing I'm especially pleased with is the recent efforts the management has made to upgrade the property, and let me add they can't do it along we as tenants must also do our part. It's encouraging to see improvements being made, from building units being painted, new laundry room upgraded and common areas that give the community a more refreshed feel.
