This place is never open when its supposed to be. Edit: my comment is pretty clear. The store isn't open during alleged opening hours like 8:30 pm on a Saturday evening.
Out of soft serve on July 6th, middle of summer, an ice cream place. How bizarre. Minimal hard flavours. Coffee crisp milk shake was three scoops of vanilla ice cream and some coffee crisp flavoured milk, together has no flavour, was not as pictured, was told the whip cream on top was an extra $2.00 which is outrageous considering it is advertised with it and chocolate syrup of sorts. The guy pulled out a phone to take my payment. Seems like a bit of a scam. Would not recommend unless you’re needing basic hard flavours.
Their closing hours are wrong
Really poor quality ice cream. Respectfully it was some of the worst quality ice cream I’ve ever had. Together with the dips being separated from their oils until mixing and the outrageous price for 2 scoops this place is very puzzling to me. Especially since they have so many locations. Maybe it’s known for their soft serve but still, very poor.
It's mentioned on Google maps that it's open till 1 o'clock but it was closed when we reach there by 12:30 at night
