La Costa was conceived and developed by Jaime Soltero Sanchez and wife, Francisca Garzon in 1992. Talavera tiling and terracotta pots with long stemmed plants draped multiple archways in the traditional Mexican restaurant. Mouthwatering aromas of arroz con pollo, fajitas and burritos filled the conventional cocina. In 2003, the La Costa location underwent extensive remodeling and development.
