I stayed at La Concha Hotel before , during and after Hurricane Maria .. I must say all of the staff was nothing less than exceptional. You all handled the situation very well , making sure everyone was taken care of . A few mishaps ( to be expected considering the circumstances) , but all in all .. FANTASTIC JOB !!! I'll definitely be back in the very near future, Thank you Guys !!!

I give it only 4 since I was there last year during the 4 day blackout. The place is gorgeous, but we had no power unless one went downstairs to charge our phones. I did fall in the dark & we were given a credit for the interruption. I would like to stay again, but of course with the whole package that we paid
