We had the most amazing time staying at this hotel. Our room was nice and we enjoyed an AMAZING ocean view. The staff in the entire hotel was wonderful. We met some incredible people there. We left part of our heart in Puerto Rico when returning to Ohio, we fell in love with the islanders and this hotel.

Beautiful resort. Seemed to be a bit of a younger crowd(25-30)...at the pools which rumored to be a hot spot for locals/non hotel.. The service and food was impeccable..better food than Ashford ave restaurants. Just watch your room charges as I was billed for champagne at the pool which I didn't order...nor had to pay.

We are actually leaving tmrw b4 Irma comes but we had a wonderful time and a great service from all the staff. Everything is beautiful, great, rooms are cleans, the food is good, etc. A very special thanks to MICHAEL that helped us at the front desk on check in!! He was very nice, smiley and kind person!! We ll def come back in PR bcuz it's a amazing place and a lot more to see!!
