Customer service is awful! Tony is great....but Steve is so rude. No tact or professionalism. I guess the tech that quit today couldn't take it anymore either! I get it!

I don't think he was rude to you. I just spoke with him and I seen everything over the camera . He was focusing on his customer which is right. When you came and he tried to get other tech do for you but he refused to do your nail and that mean he quitting . There is nothing he can do about people quitting or stay. All he can do which is make sure all nail techs are provide a good nail to all clients. By the way I had seen everything and I think this is wrong complaints. Sorry about your convenience

My first time here and it was amazing!!! Exceptional customer service! I got the deluxe pedi. Although it was a little more pricey than I'm used to, definitely worth it! The arm and back massage, the hot coal leg massage plus the other heat therapy was just amazing! Definitely recommend this place to anyone!
I went here today for the first time and it was the worst experience ever. The first nail tech burned my skin and cut my real nail way down and made me bleed. Didn't say sorry or anything. I had to ask for something to put on it that way it wouldn't get infected. The girl that painted my toes did good, but there's some polish missing. I requested another nail tech to do my nails and he done a great job. I was there for 3 hours and it should never take that long. I'm not to happy! Went to LaBella for the first time today at lunch. Steven is the BEST!!!
Best nail salon in Carrollton!!! I've gone there for nearly a year and have gotten beautiful manicures from Steve and "T." They treat you warmly and they do outstanding work. T's gel manicures are exceptional. She's like an artist!!!
Late, did not honor appointment, and raised the price. Stephen was the one was the worst offender. I watched him do this to many others before I walked out out. My time is valuable. I will not be be intimidated or fleeced

My sister recommended this salon and tonight was the first time I had been. I loved it! The quality was great and so was the customer service. Very friendly. Will definitely be back.
I visited La Bella after going to another nail salon down the road. I went in thinking I would need to get a whole new set and just having to suck it up and pay the extra money, but Kenny didn't try to rip me off, just reshaped and repainted my nails. He was very nice and attentive and made sure I was okay through out the whole service. I will be back.
