I have been doing morning classes at LA Beach Fit for a few weeks and I am so impressed with the quick results. Not only I can feel my body getting stronger after each class but also my energy level has been increasing significantly during the day. I love that Adam has the ability of guiding us as a group while paying close attention to each one's challenges and restrictions during class. I super recommend it!
