Yesterday was a very positive experience. I appreciate the dental treatment I receive here.
My last appointment with Dr White was great as usual. Very friendly, quick and thorough. I also appreciate the explanations on technical items like filling replacement, etc.
This was such an awesome experience. They were helpful and nice and going back will be super relaxing.
My filling recently chipped out, and I had to go in to get it drilled out and refilled. I told them how nervous I was (since at the initial filling I was quaking and crying), and they made me so comfortable with a weighted blanket, earphones and some TV, and nitrous. I wasn't nervous at all and they were so kind to me! Thanks, team!
Kate always cleans my teeth with a smile. She is very efficient and does a wonderful job! I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned because I love how smooth and clean they feel afterward. Kate is also very skillful. I have rather large Tori and she is able to take X-rays without hurting me! I have been going to Dr.White and her staff for 7 years and they are the best!
The staff and Dr.White were very gracious and accommodating to fit me into their very busy schedules to help me with a small emergency. I am so grateful for their attention, which resolved a painful issue quickly and avoided a week's delay to get a regular appointment. Dr. White really puts her patients first!
It was exceptional as usual. The office staff Lillian and Kelly, hygienist Katie, Dr Laycock and Tanya were all very kind and gentle. I also loved the weighted blanket. It kept me warm and toasty.
Points of quality: * A snow storm cancelled my original appointment just before Thanksgiving, and the office found a say to squeeze me in mid-December so I wouldn’t have to pay my insurance deductible if it had been bumped to January. * The only time they could squeeze me in overlapped with the last hour of my work day. Being a teacher, I was able to find coverage for my class, but ended up leaving the school later than expected.
