Katie and Dr. W. were very professional, informative, and helpful. I have had many dental cleanings in my life, but none more thorough and gentle than that delivered by Katie. She has a soft, compassionate touch. Always sensitive to the patient's comfort, she has the gifts of kindness and empathy, while she goes about her job of quality care. All of the staff at this office are kind, knowledgeable and professional. Although I have moved out of the area and there was some dentist turnover when Dr. Poole moved, I continued with this office because I really like and trust the hygienists. I look forward to working with the new dentist.

I had a great first experience at White & Pool. It was a comfortable, clean office, and the staff at the front are incredible. They knew every patient that came in by name and genuinely cared about getting to know me as well. My hygienist was awesome and really took her time to make everything go smoothly. My first time at White and Pool was a very positive experience. Because of several things going wrong that day I was late for my appointment.. Everyone was very understanding and got me back on schedule! I was able to complete my exam without having to reschedule.
