Great people. I felt very well taken care of.
They were friendly and willing to answer any questions I had, explained the adjustments made to keep everyone safe during these challenging times due to Covid-19.
Efficient and pleasant. I felt very safe with the new COVID-19 procedures that were implemented.
I have always been well taken care of at L Town Dental. My appointment yesterday was excellent and I felt every precaution was taken to insure my safety from the Covid-19 virus. My highest recommendation for Dr. White and crew!
Everyone I interacted with was so personable and nice. My hygienist was knowledgeable and kind when cleaning my teeth. I saw a new dentist but she was knowledgeable about my history and very kind when providing care and recommendations.
I think the office is doing a good job of providing safe care and taking all the necessary precautions. My cleaning with Chelsea was relaxing and therapeutic.
Chelsea met me outside after I called to say that I had arrived. Throughout my visit she explained all of the new proceedures for keeping everyone as safe as possible. Chelsea was pleasant and engaging and did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth and answering my questions. Dr. White did my examine and she was thorough in explaining what she saw on the xray to ensure I understood her diagnosis and recommendation for action. Things went smoothly getting checked in. I only waited about five minutes. Kate was my dental assistant and she did a great job cleaning my teeth. She's very personable and friendly and made the time pass quickly. The check-in and check-out was easy, but I wasn't given a receipt, which would have been ideal. I'll need to call the office and have one sent to me. Overall, great job!
