Appreciated all the health - safety precautions taken during COVID-19 not only upon entering, but the patient room and technician requirements to the final check-out.
Everything was done effiicently and informatively. I was in good hands each step of the way, from check-in to payment.
I have gone to the L-town Dental Practice situated halfway between the Louisville and Lafayette downtowns. I have always found everyone in the office to be polite and friendly and professional. I fully recommend these dentists!
I enjoy my dental office. I get great care and Dr. White is always honest about what is needed and doesnt try to sell me something not needed. The hygienist is thorough and efficient.
Covid procedures are no exception...care and professionalism here is always outstanding! I recommend L-Town to everyone!
Amy and Dr. Laycock did a wonderful, thorough, and efficient exam and cleaning today. Usually I see Dr. White and I am quite fond of her but today I got to meet Dr. Laycock. I left feeling really good about his assessment of my teeth. Great advice from the hygienist as well on how to manage sensitivity issues. Thank you, L-Town! Highly recommended.

I am really glad I came in for a cleaning/exam yesterday, despite my major anxiety over Covid-19. . . My hygienist was impeccable! Not only did he clean my teeth very thoroughly, but he washed his hands and sanitized surfaces numerous times throughout my visit. He wore a mask and face shield throughout my cleaning, which really reassured me of the health and safety priorities in the office. Dr. White was very thorough in her exam as well, and reassuring. Thank you Heather, for managing such an awesome dentist office.
