Dr. Smart has repaired both of my shoulders. I would want no one else!

He does not offer telehealth and he does not wear his mask unless you ask him to put it on.

Very knowledgeable
I had a knee revision operation after 10 years. The first operation was done elsewhere by another doctor. I had long term pain and the device shed plastic , weakened bones behind my knee. Dr. Clarkeis revision was successful. He answered all questions and With good physical therapy my mobility is better than it has been in years.
Saw Dr Smart when my son broke his collarbone. He was very knowledgeable and caring. Conversed with both my son and I and explained everything in terminology my son could understand. Would highly recommend!
