Dr Smart was world class. I suspected I had a problem, he thought it was something else and wouldn’t ya know he was right! He explained everything clearly, gave me excellent guidance on how to proceed and seemed genuinely caring and engaged. Additionally, there was a scheduling problem on SOS end and they did everything within reason to accommodate me for care and I am VERY pleased to say we made it work. Dr. Smart listened to all my concerns answered all my questions. Together we came up with a game plan that best works for me.
Although Dr. smart was running behind schedule, in no way, did he make me feel I would be rushed. He listened intently and answered all of my questions. Most importantly, given my narrative, he discouraged me from pursuing surgery in the near future, in spite of the fact that, at some point down the road, a joint replacement will likely be necessary.
Dr. Smart took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and the surgery I would need. He was patient, kind, ,and answered all of my questions.
Dr. SMART was very nice and he did a good job. My teenage grandson was with me to help me get there. Dr. Smart talked to him as well, very kind and funny. He asked Austin if he would like to give me the shot! Austin's face turned a little white, and he said, ' No, That's okay'. How funny is that? Austin couldn't wait to tell his Mom that the Dr. said that he could give me the shot!
I really appreciated being heard, Dr. Smart’s knowledge about cortisone shots and shoulders was helpful in making a decision of what the next step is. Very kind individual with knowledge made it easier for us to make a plan of action regarding the pain in my shoulder. Thank Dr. Smart!!
Dr. Smart is fantastic. He listens and is caring and knows what he is talking about. He's a professional in every sense of the matter has very good bedside manner
Went from my appointment you told me everything he was going to do. He also said he would check further into why I have pain on the left side of my right knee.
Not taken seriously. Totally blown off. Wouldn't read PT report requesting MRI. Was told it it wasn't better it in two months to come back and he would hand me off to another doc.
