I moved into a new townhome a few years ago and a part broke on my shower door. I found out that L and R did the installation and reached out to them. What great customer service ! They knew exactly what I needed and sent it out the next day. Awesome job John !
Just wanted to drop a quick line to say how refreshing it is to experience pleasant customer service. Over time, customer service in general has diminished to nothing more than a punchline. When I called L&R Installations to get support for a warranty related issue, I was pleasantly surprised to talk not only to a real person, but have a polite, respectful conversation. The icing on the cake is that the team was accommodating and able to resolve my issue. I wish them continued success!
