Snarky customer service. Order wasted hours of my time. If you think you were getting a deal it was burned up by the hassle. Save yourself the effort, price match your item at Dicks Sporting Goods or elsewhere and have the product in your hands without all of the drama. note: should have read the other reviews here first, seems my case isn’t an isolated one. Take heed, go somewhere else!
Employees always standing around visiting and never answer questions. Over priced . Small engine repair dept is a joke !!!

My most favorite store ever! Love, love, love the Park Rapids Store and all their friendly, professional, hardworking and well trained staff! I buy all my clothing, footwear, apparel, and accessories for my whole family there! They carry the top of the line brand name clothing ❤️ We own a CubCadet Rider and all Steele lawn care equipment purchased from our favorite store and we live over 3 hours away! Great place always enjoy the Park Rapids store during trips to the lake. So much fun to just check out the huge variety!
I did an online purchase through L&M Fleet in January for a portable ice house and within 2 weeks I started getting fraudulent charges on my credit card. Had no idea how my credit card was hacked. 3 months later at the end of April L&M notified me by mail of their data breach and that all of my personal information had been compromised. Thank god I used my credit card and not my debit card so the amounts of unauthorized charges were limited. 3-4 months after a data breach to notify customers is unexceptable.
