I was going to shop at L&M in Virginia Saturday and the place was packed and nobody I saw was wearing masks or observing the 6 ft of distance. the employees loading stuff outside the store did not have masks or gloves on and they were in to close proximity to be safe for themselves or the customer. I got the XTH Otter pro resort. Shipping was fast. Billing was a little strange. However the Otter Pro is a great product. no problems. I'll be sleeping on the ice tonight. Great company to do business with online.
I placed an order on their website. The order was placed on a Saturday Morning. By Wednesday I had not heard any updates regarding shipping, so I sent an email. Shortly later I received a reply that my order was shipping that day. It actually arrived the very next day (today!). In the end I can say I am very happy with my experience!

I would just like to say when I ordered a 10,000 W heater from L & M Fleet Supply. They said that it would be there in two days I was skeptical that it would arrive in two days.
