I ordered a eskimo 949i on Saturday with standard shipping and I got it on Wednesday!!!! Very fast processing and very fast shipping....I will be ordering from this store again.

Shipping needs to be improved. My order apparently sat there for 3 days before ups picked it up. I ordered on Monday to have by weekend, that's not going to happen.

Bought a fish house there yesterday. Was missing a part and one of the seats (that don't even look the same as the display model) was cut . When I called I was told by a kid named Josh that I would "Just have to come back and get a different chair and a part" . Nice. I live 45 miles away. Had to drive 90 miles. Didn't like Josh's "Oh well"attitude. Talked to the manager, Eric. Same attitude. So I posted but didn't see it post so I will try this. Went to Hayward, Wi. and noticed while visiting the store paddle boards were on sale. We asked if we buy one if they would hold it for a week. We were told no 24 hours. I asked "even if we pay for it in full"? I was told no only 24 hours. Kinda upset about this so wasn't going to buy it at all. Then we were told if we put it on lay-a-way they would hold it 90 days. Ok I know rules are rules but does this make any sense? You would prefer someone to put things on lay-a-way... read more
