This store isnt geared towards farmers or contractors like it used to be. i bought a stihl trimmer from them and they couldnt get it to run right but kept telling me they set the carburator to the settings shown in the book but it still doesnt stay running. Brought it to a real stihl dealer and they replaced the factory defective carburator and it runs as it should. They domnt care about you after they get your money.
THANK GOODNESS WE HAVE ACE HARDWARE AND OR HOME DEPOT WHERE THEY HAVE DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE........
After hearing how you guys make your employees pay back used PTO and intentionally screw over your veteran workers with ridiculous money-grabbing tactics and use intentional over-sight to make it all vaguely legal? You've received my last dollar and the last dollar of anyone I closely associate with. Disgusting.
They have what I need, but won't sell to me. Oh well one less stop on my shopping trips now. Was always one of my favorite stores.
