They came at me with this tool to remove gel tips. No soaking in acetone, no nothing, just a hatchet job and once she started removing my real nail off, I got up and left. ouch!

I had not been here in a while and forgot about the excellent customer service and friendliness of the employees. I have been going to another salon where I am very friendly with all who work there and because I am loyal, would feel like I'm cheating going somewhere else. But I'm about to be a cheater (lol).
