We paid so much to upgrade and during our walkthrough we didn't noticed the scratches. We informed L&L after we moved in and they tried to blame us. Found out other neighbors moved in with no furniture and there were scratches on the floor. L&L tried to blame them as well. Do not upgrade to the LUXURY VINY they are offering... If you can't afford hardwood, save your money.

We had a Gemcraft home built in 2016 with L&L flooring of which we have had many issues. Our carpet is wavy and coming apart at the seams. This has happened to all the rooms in our house that have carpeting. It is coming up in the corners as well. We have contacted L&L flooring about these issues several times.
