My daughter bought a car from them in April and paid for the tag and title and just today, got the title application, they took her money but, never even applied for the title! After numerous calls and numerous excuses I finally had to threaten them with the possibility of getting arrested to get the old title! As you’ve read in prior reviews, title issues. My family and I visited the lot for the first time at The end of January. I am very sick with several rare autoimmune disorders one being that my heart, brain and circulatory system don’t function together. Another being Addison’s Disease due to a tumor in my brain. Thrives and his lawyer lies in court under oath. Been a year and paid cash for a truck and still don’t have the title. Even after court ordered. Talking now to the state of GA
Pretty crooked guy. My brother purchased a car with full payment up front. And 2 1/2 months later, he still has no title from this fella with a gambling problem. It’s becoming apparent that this guy doesn’t pay his loan shark for the titles when he sells a car. Seems like a poor businessman that has to borrow money to buy $2,000 auction cars. Shame it has to come down to a civil matter in court. Foolishness.
This place is a joke! They have trash cars that they sell to people in need of a good car. I purchased a Cadillac SRX from these people in June and it broke down on me 2 weeks later! It’s been almost 2 months and I have yet to receive my title and tag! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE PATHETIC PEOPLE. THEY KNOW THEY HAVE JUNK AND THEY SELL IT ANYWAY. I WILL BE TAKING THEM TO COURT!!!!!
l&k Auto is stealing everybody's tag money he doesn't have titles for these vehicles because he's so far in debt and that he's taking loans out and can't afford to pay him back so he's taking your money and keeps giving you drive out tags and he pocketed your money because he can't get your tag but don't worry every news outlet and the Catoosa County detectives have been notified and there is a lot of documentation on him
