Your staff are HORRIBLE!! I called today trying to find out how long I have to return and have keys recut or get a refund. One of our drivers went up to the store to get a few keys made today. And upon testing them when he returned, they didn't work, you can see clearly that the keys were cut incorrectly. I let him know that I would call the store to see the return/replace policy.
