Called, had a full conversation with someone. Whomever I spoke too had a really raspy voice (sounded like an older person) arrived at 4:49 the doors were locked, the person looked at me and said they were closed. I told them I just called and spoke to someone that knew I was coming. The guy at the door asked who did I speak to? Then said well we close 10mins to 5. Your staff are HORRIBLE!! I called today trying to find out how long I have to return and have keys recut or get a refund. One of our drivers went up to the store to get a few keys made today. And upon testing them when he returned, they didn't work, you can see clearly that the keys were cut incorrectly. I let him know that I would call the store to see the return/replace policy.
