took far too long (7 weeks), girl who answered the phone acted uniterested or just was blowing me off...when we got the car back gas mileage was half what it was when we brought it in.

EXCELLENT customer service and won’t charge an arm and a leg. Jay stands by his word and work. Highly recommended!
He knows all the ins and outs of cars! We were told by a AAA service lady that her read out said the problem with my sister's van was the starter. Get it to L &E and Jay takes a quick look at it and says if you hold on a minute I'll have it fixed for you. About ten minutes later he comes in and says it's fixed. Turns out it was the corrosion that had built up on the battery terminals that made the car not start! It wasn't the starter after all!
I was told by the owner Jay he would charge me $250 to break down my head to see if it could be fixed &when I couldn't afford it I went to get it out of his lot &he charged me $70 he said cause he looked at it &that was worth an hours time. So much for standing by your word. $70 an hour to guess the head gasket was blown after clearly the radiator was busted & I told him it was ran hot. Wish I made that kinda $ but not for dishonesty cause I couldn't afford $1800.00 he quoted me which everyone said was way too high.
met some of the nicest people who went above to help us out. Thank you all so very much.
