Messed up the order and charged me for it. Other guest at table didn’t get the kids food until they had to ask for it when the cook was done.
Food was great. Service was a 0 last night never got things we'd ordered.. It was a birthday asked 2 times for a knife... It's like they cooked and forgot we were there
Could not reschedule because nobody answered call few hours before our reservation so we choose regular table our food was almost cold when it was served
Horrible horrible customer service. Sat for over 20mins without drinks. Finally, just got up and walked out. Absolutely ridiculous! When I called was told, no manager there and they do not know when one will be in, unbelievable! Will never go here again.
BLUF, Kyoto has gone downhill FAST under the current ownership. Went on a Sunday evening at 8:30 for Hibachi. Server took our order, then brought soup and salad at the same time instead of in courses. Had barely taken a bite of the salad and hadn't even started on soup yet when out comes the cook ready to start our meal. We tell him we'd like to finish our soup and salad first, and he proceeds to start turning up the grill, telling us he is ready to finish our dinner so he can go home! Worst place to eat. Staff doesn't give a shit. 45 mins for soup. I guess no soup for you is there moto. Dont ever go to this place. EVER.
