The food is spectacular! Sushi bar is the best in the whole Dallas! BUT You need to hire experienced and well trained servers. Also, be prepared for Friday’s and Saturday’s busy night. Your front desk also needs a professional receptionist. Your restaurant is not a cheap fast food boteco. Your staff do not match with your finesse.
