It has been 3 months since my session with Kym for quitting smoking and I still remain a non-smoker. The best thing about the hypnosis I found to be the non-existent cravings, I live with 2 smokers so I thought it would be very difficult not to join them. But thanks to Kym I found I didn't want one and best of all it didn't bother me when they smoked. I had 2 sessions and listened to her mp3s three times. Kym was great and reasonablly priced. I highly recommend her services.
