Used to think she was a decent Dr. Not anymore. She wont use MyUPMC to handle simple problems, like it was designed for. You HAVE to have an appointment to get anything done, like a simple prescription for pink eye, or sinus infections even though you dont have the ability to get there, or cant see to drive. You have to be positively diagnosed by her or her staff IN her office, even when you are medically trained on a high level. No longer my PCP. Ill stick to the VA health system.
She really listened to my concerns. Explained what tests she wanted done AND why. I feel so much better knowing we now have a plan. I now hope she becomes a permanent staff member of West Erie.
Dr Kylie Morris listens to my concerns and is just a sweet caring lady. I appreciate her concerns in helping me get to the root of my problems! Thank you!!!
