If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in for a simple pedicure with classic polish. The pedicure was fine enough. Nothing special. I went home for the evening and went to bed. I woke up with all of the polish smudged by the blankets! I’ve never experienced anything like this. This establishment was extremely unprofessional saying the polish smudging was my fault. They refused a refund. While they did offer to fix my nails, I do not trust the polish to hold up if after many hours they still smudged! I think it’s also import... read more
I love Kyle Nails, I have never had a bad experience. One time in 3 years I had a nail break at my own fault and they fixed it no questions asked. Tulee and Matilda are great!
Happy October, 2025: Once again I took my nail art idea to Emily and she does Stellar 100 stars work. August 29th 2025, Emily and I collaborated on my current nails. Staff is knowledgeable and professional, They always make me feel valued and pampered. Everybody takes pride in their work here. I highly recommend. Tulle and Matilda are great.
