I’ve been coming to this facility since it opened. I always get treated like family
Worst experience that I’ve ever had with a doctor’s office.
The very beginning wait was a little longer than expected but from that point on everything was perfect. The receptionist Melissa was very kind Dr Peterson was very thorough patient explanatory and recommending. Many times doctors seem rushed and eager to move on like you are just another number, this was certainly not the experience. Let’s be honest.. nobody likes going to the doctors for a visit and neither do I. That’s why I’m glad I found Dr. Kyle Petersen’s Office. I’m usually in and out within the hour. The staff is really nice. There’s a lovely waiting area with peaceful music and complimentary water and the best part is that they don’t keep you waiting! I come in once a year for my annual visit and bloodwork. Dr. Kyle Petersen goes over any questions or concerns with me carefully and explains it to me in a away I can fully understand.
