Dr. Kwon and his staff are great. Especially noteworthy is dental hygienist, Jen. She is the best. She is gentle and thorough. You could not ask for a better one. Definitely top notch!
My wife and I both had an outstanding experience with Dr. Kwon and the entire staff! We highly recommend his dental practice. We have to travel a good distance but it has been worth it. Thank you!
My long time dentist retired and I was referred to DR Kwon's office. I couldn't be happier. Better than advertised. There is a nice touch throughout the office and DR Kwon is Excellent.
First time customer. Initial contact was efficient, quick and handled with professionalism. The service by the female dentist was just as great. Professional and efficient. She took the time to explain Each process and did it with care and compassion. She was deligent and straight to the point. This is a prime example of great customer service. Location was convenient for me and will definitely return to this office. Thank you for the hard work today as you dealt with my cleaning.
Such a friendly staff. You can watch TV while your having your teeth cleaned. They are very interested in your care & what needs to be done.
Great office. All the employees and office staff are very nice and helpful. Dr. Kwon is very sweet and informative. If you need a dentist, this is the one for you.
You were very efficient and no pain was felt
I was very anxious about visiting the dentist...any dentist. It had been quite a few years. I expressed my concerns and they were validated. I was assured that my comfort was their goal. From initial phone call with Nancy, to actual teeth cleaning by Jen (excellent, I might add), to exam by Dr. Kwon, I was not disappointed. I have found my new "Dental Home". Thank you again, Jen, for the magic that your hands did on my teeth. A great team at Dr. Kwon's office. I highly recommend them.
