The entire staff of Kwon Dentistry are friendly and professional. The protocols they have put in place for patient safety—masks, hand sanitizing stains, and air purifiers—gave me confidence of their ability to make my visit as safe as possible during the present pandemic.
Dr. Kwon is a very caring and compassionate dentist who has surrounded himself with a great staff, each sharing his commitment to serving the patients. I have always felt more like a guest than a patient every time in go in for a dental problem or for a routine cleaning. My experience today at Dr. Kwon Dentistry was excellent! The entire staff was very well prepared to meet the needs of patients in the midst of COVID-19. I was warmly greeted when I arrived and their efficient scheduling of patients was evident as there were no patients waiting in the lobby for their names to be called. I called at 1:00pm for a cracked tooth that was bothering me and they told me to come in at 2:00pm that same day! Dr. Kwon looked at it...said loose filling...fixed it and I was out in under 40 minutes. I have referred several people to Kwon Dentistry because they are so friendly and accommodating. GO SEE THEM!
