Never had issues with kwik trips service Im a returning customer. Was low on diesel stoped there pumped $70 worth and next day engine light was on and miss fire. Truck is 3 months old never had an issue. Had to have diesel pumped out and fuel filters replaced.
We have never had a bad experience with Kwik Trip, and we visit frequently for gasoline, car washed, food, and more. Clean, quick, and friendly.<br /> <br /> <br />

Been to this kwik trip several times for hot dogs. Never any hot dogs available at kwik trip 4085 E Calumet St. Appleton. Omeed is a manager there who is sketchy at best. He looks for problems and seems to enjoy creating problems. He would not apologize for his behaviour, however the nice employee did for him. Omeed took it upon himself to try to sneak around our entire vehicle while waiting for the gas pump to start. MN mandates mask usage and the sign on the store says masks are required, today several patrons had no masks on, employees did nothing to force mask usage and did not have disposable masks available like other stores like Menards do.
I got my truck washed at there car wash. The Car wash brushes scratched circular marks in my passenger side door. The clerk gave me a 10 dollar gift card and took my information. A corporate representative called and told me to get 2 quotes. After submitting my two quotes to the representative. They told me they would not cover any of the repairs. I have not returned to one of there establishments since.
I went to Kwik Trip (store #678) to get an Iced coffee. Unfortunately, the Kuruba Gold machine was out of milk. I told an employee and they replaced the milk cartons. Not only was the wait rather short, which I didn't have mind waiting, the employee sent me on my way with a free iced coffee and a venture for another free iced coffee! This was above and beyond any expectations I had.
