I had always enjoyed stopping at Kwik Trip because they do have good products despite it literally being the most expensive place anywhere in town to get anything including the prepay Only fuel pumps. I had a rewards card for many years that I would frequently use as well as a Kwik Trip credit card. Turns out, if you pay your bill late, even just a couple of days they will hit you with a $20 late fee! Ok, I get it, a lot of places do that then they can make even More money off you! Store #326 in Janesville WI has a special kind of non human Karen for a manager if she is willing to call the police for trespassing after they have give the store more then 100$.I'm a truck driver and when i want to have my dinner and gas up my truck could move right away because my back was hurting,so the manager at that shift on 07/29 at 9:00pm -10:00 pm decided to abuse her power and call the police on me.Is one thing to take my money and profit from me but another to not be a human being and have no people skills.<br />... read more

There is a reason they have two out of five stars. It is called greed. This is a greedy corporation. Do NOT use your credit card to get gas at their pumps. If you use $20, they will take a hundred a hold it for a week and not even care if that consumer if out of funds.

My complaint with KwikTrip Corporation is making a purchase and not receiving the product, date of purchase 7/10/22. This purchase was made at KwikTrip convenience store *******************************************. The purchase total of 210 dollars, including sale tax, was for a gift card. The receipt has the activation card balance; however, the product had no money on it. I waited for 24-hour periods as advertised on the card, and as of 7/12/22, the card had no value. Kwik Trip on 20th ave in Oshkosh WI. The employees are under trained and screw everything up. Since we have to pre pay for gas it's been nothing but a hassle as the employees constantly send the pre pay to the wrong pumps then cancel everything. So getting gas at a quick trip is a joke and a long process. The prices are quick trip are the highest compared to any other. If you want to pay at the pump,Kwik trip charges you 3 times the amount then refunds it back at a later date. They are so far behind the times it's no wonder ... read more

Never had issues with kwik trips service Im a returning customer. Was low on diesel stoped there pumped $70 worth and next day engine light was on and miss fire. Truck is 3 months old never had an issue. Had to have diesel pumped out and fuel filters replaced.

We have never had a bad experience with Kwik Trip, and we visit frequently for gasoline, car washed, food, and more. Clean, quick, and friendly.<br /> <br /> <br />

Been a customer for years, great business model. These reviews don't give it justice.
