This station in ******** keeps advertising a low price on the diesel price. Then you pull up to pump and its much more. For a week the sign reads 3.399 and the pump reads 3.749. Just exactly what is KT up to. This has to be illegal and a terrible business practice Mr. *********** concerns have been forwarded to our ************** to investigate the matter and a representative will reach out to Mr. ********* with their findings.

So unfortunately I was eating ******* ***** **** ********* **** ice cream in the dark last Monday, I felt something hard in my mouth and took it out in pieces. It was a WHOLE bug. I contacted them and they took my information. I got a call back a couple days later from a very rude lady. Wasnt too concerned that Im absolutely disgusted! She told me she could refund me my money so i can pick out another flavor. Umm i think not. The ice cream was a 1.5 QT container. The bug was on the bottom so I ate almost the entire tub. I visit a frequent customer at location on ******** in ********. This morning I went to grab a coffee, and I was told that the ******* machine was not working. When I asked for ******* from the kitchen, I was told they were all OUT of every kind of *******. Never have I seen Kwik star not have ANY *******. Then when I checked out, I saw the cashier rip a hole in the bottom of my sack; she made a comment that the apples I bought just keep rolling out on the counter. I ordered pizza, soup and malts from kwik trip ****************. ****************, ********* and the **** **** woman, ****** *. left it on the ground at the entrance to our mobile home park and left! I called kwik trip and they said call **** ****. They don't do refunds since I ordered on kwik trip app. Kwik trip hung up 4 times on the person helping me. Kwik trip is ignoring me. We took our 42' RV motorhome to the Truck Wash on Kwik Trip Way, I called ahead to get information. Ross answered the phone right away and was SO HELPFUL! He walked me through the details of the wash with all the helful information. On the day of the wash, he showed us to how order the wash we wanted and even guided us into the wash bay! He waited until the end to make sure everything worked out OK. We love Kwik Trip. And this is once again a top illustration of the service orientation they train and promote.
