I did and in app order delivery. I did not recieve all my items. Called kwik trip where I placed order they sent me to doordash. Contacted doordash they sent me to kwik trip operations. Called operations and got hung up on. So I did not get any answers to how am I suppose to get my refund back.

Our representative ************ reached out to ************. He responded and confirmed the items that were missing. A refund was issued for the Urge popcorn to his **** card. He also did not receive the free Funyuns per the Holiday Extravaganza promotion and to compensate 15 visits were applied to his Kwik Rewards account.
I got gas today and price the pump I was using was $2.34. when I paid it was $2.94 a gallon. The clerk said it doesn't matter what the pump says, only the price on the sign on the street matters. I have pictures upon request

I am not a big Kwik Trip shopper except for a few items but I did try the car wash today in Monona. Disappointed that I chose soft touch but maybe my mistake. My front license plate was totally bent and my back window was just as dirty as when I arrived as well as most of the back of my vehicle.

I have been trying to make my credit cars payment online, it will not let me summit it, I tried 2 times and got hung up on both times. Now I get a bill in the mail showing that there is a late fee do to their incompetence. Anyone looking to get a gas credit cars from kwik trip, do not, it looks like a good deal, til you have to do with their incompetent customer service department.
Are you guys ever going to fix your mobile app network? It's been weeks and still can't access the app. It keeps saying no network connection. Any time line to when this will be fixed ? Your western wisconsin locations are on average. 15 cents higher then surrounding gas stations for diesel.
I am deeply concerned that my personal information has been affected with the cyber attack. Kwik Trip is barely being transparent with what is going on. I have already deleted my KT app and I'm planning on closing my credit card as soon as the payment clears this week.
When I go to a gas station I need gas, but I can go anywhere for that, so my decision is usually based on things like coffee, sometimes food and cleanliness. I think the coffee here changed (a while ago) because I used to go to KT all the time but if I need a coffee now I go to shell because it’s cleaner than citgo or mobii but still has decent coffee. ************ responded to this guest and gave him the background on our switch to Bean to Cup machines. *** encouraged him to try coffee from this machine instead of the drip machines. *** apologized for the coffee not being to his liking and thanked him for stopping at our stores.
Went in to cash out a scratch ticket worth $150.00. clerk said their policy for winners that big was to payout $100.00 and the $50.00 I would get in store credit. This was the Kwik trip on ******* str in ***********. I'm sure that was illegal and warn others not to fall for it
