Went in to cash out a scratch ticket worth $150.00. clerk said their policy for winners that big was to payout $100.00 and the $50.00 I would get in store credit. This was the Kwik trip on ******* str in ***********. I'm sure that was illegal and warn others not to fall for it

They were the best I had so much fun there and they were so nice
I have stopped going here all together. Every store is always out of stock of most things. Condament booth is lacked bad now, prices sky rocketed, the roller items are 100% empty at all times of the day and most of the hot items are stale, wow. Used to be my favorite place, back to ****** for me. ************ ****
Got an email saying I was upgraded to their kwik rewards plus credit card. Three weeks later I reached out to them that I had never received the card. They refused to respond. Then, they deleted my entire rewards account, I lost everything. After several email attempts they finally responded saying I was never actually approved, a letter was sent out. I received no such letter and they would not restore my rewards. Needles to say, I will never visit kwik trip again.

Poor service with pump pumped E85 at kwik trip #*** at approx 7:10 and the pump failed to stop filling up resulting in spilling around 1 gallon of gas and the manager told me I would not be reimbursed the money back because he said there was no gas spilt your on camera I then told him to watch the cameras then and he then began to have a smirky reply of get outta here Im the manager I dont care you can leave your on the cameras and I watched you the whole time simply filing this because I get is beyond crazy how he refused t... read more
The new Kwik trip store #**** in ******** has the self checkout stations. I waited in line for 10 minutes to get helped because I wanted tobacco products and I was ignored. There was a worker at the registers completely ignoring me. When he finally asked why I wasnt using self check I explained to him I wanted cigarettes. And no, it wasnt my hair becuase I have long hair and these were all short and the wrong color. I was very disgusted and needed to throw away a 5 dollar drink.

Listen to the reviews people. On top of being way too overpriced, the rewards program and gas card are a JOKE! As stated in previous reviews, if you miss ONE payment there is a $20 fee and your card is shut off without notice, no warning. The fact that you cant use your rewards even is ridiculous because its connected to your account. They will threaten to send your account to collections after missing ONE payment. According to our records she had a Kwik Trip credit card and was a participant in our rewards program. On 10/14/21 she spoke with ************ in our credit services department to discuss the credit account and was granted 15 rewards points and the hold was lifted on her account. Im afraid that her credit account was closed in August 2022 due to multiple missed payments and she just remitted payment on her balance on 3/21/22... read more
