The guy told me it would be about 20 minutes and for me to wait in the office. He said they don't allow you to wait in car any more. I normally go to Carbondale and you stay in the car for service. I just moved to Metropolis and searched for the closest Valvoline oil change and this was the one that came up. These guys are awesome! They have never treated me like a "dumb girl" or tried to sell me parts or service that I didn't need or request. Always polite and extremely helpful!

I have used Kwik Lube since 2007 for all my vehicles. Eddie and the team are excellent, they are precise to every detail. From changing my oil, transmission and radiator fluids to my differential oil. Very polite and professional. Thank you Eddie you guys rock.
