Rude. Racist. Prick......
Not professional at all. Had called first, was told not busy, no appointment needed.. Waited 15 min for them to even speak to me. Told it would be 15 min. as were 2 cars ahead of me. ok did those 2 cars and 2 more that just drove up. Confirmed with last young man that he just drove up no appointment. Was continued to be ignored. Had 91 year old mother in the car. Wasted 40 minutes of time and gas.
