My wife took her car in for an oil change at the Qwik Kar Lube & Tune in Harker Heights on 15 June 2015. One hour and twenty minutes later the mechanic, Kaydree asked "if we've had problems with our vehicle starting." Which we replied, "no". They used the jump box to get the vehicle started and as we we're pulling out of the mechanic bay the vehicle would no longer turn left or right.
