They are very nice .and take care of there customers.
Horrible experience. Dishonest at best. Went in for a simple oil change and paid over $200.00. A reputable mechanic will tell you any type of fluid flush is rarely ever needed.
I had very bad experience with this location.
I've been to this location for several things for my car, including oil, inspections, alignment, etc. I stopped by on my way home to get my check engine light checked, unbeknownst to me, the 10 minute service would cost me $85.00 to simply tell me the cause of my check engine light. Had I known, I would have turned around and gone to AutoZone, or Pepboys, or O'Reilly, for free. This charge was absurd for service and amount of time spent on my car. I will never return to this Kwik Kar, and probably not any others.
I had a great experience with these guys. They are honest and effecient. I feel comfortable going there on my own (other places I feel like I have to bring my husband just to make sure I'm not getting ripped off). I definitely reccomend them for oils changes, tune ups, and any car repairs you may need. This is a business run by some really great people.
