Worst experience EVER!!!! Went to get a basic oil change for 19.99 + 2.95 for oil disposal.. This is so NOT TRUE!!! Not only did they charge that amount they also added on 5.00 for a "special filter" (that wasnt needed) and an additional 5.00 for 1 extra quart of oil that was needed!!!! LADIES DO NOT GO HERE. The lady that was in line before me complained about her charge as well.. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
I took my car in for an oil change, the man suggested a transmission flush and I agrred. An hour later he came back and said he wrecked my car after test driving. The owner did not offer a rental, he drove me home. Luckily I have a truck to use while he said he would repair the damage. He used wrecking yard parts and did not repair to my satisfaction. I had to make a claim on my insurance to get fixed elsewhere and then he dinied it happened to the insurance company.
