I decided to drop in to get my car registered. Very spur of the moment kind of thing. We've lived in Sachse for two years but I had read some pretty bad reviews about this place so I avoided it. I’m glad I decided to give this place a try. Very prompt. No fuss. No hassle. Just got my car in, inspected, and out the door. These people are horrible. Got my oil change there yesterday. Started leaking oil yesterday while I was doing my errands took my vehicle back up there and now they are saying it’s our fault and there’s something else wrong with it? My van was fine before I took it in, the only thing I needed was an oil change. And now they are saying they will charge me 650 to get whatever it is that needs to be repaired? They are a joke!!!

I went to Kwik Kar in Mesquite and they messed up two lug nuts and studs on my tire. I talked to the manager today and they refused to help fix the issue and quoted me almost $140 to fix it. I decided to stop by the Kwik Kar in Sachse by my house, and showed them the paperwork from the other Kwik Kar. They let me know that the two stores aren't connected, and offered to help! They repaired the damage the other store left me with and charged me NOTHING! I'm so grateful and thankful for the crew working here 😭❤
Kwik Kar was a lifesaver! My car ran hot & started smoking on the way to church, which added to an already frustrating day. Mack could see it in my face... 😢 The staff was courteous and efficient, finishing in time for me to beat heavy traffic. Unexpected expense, but it didn't drain my wallet! This was my first experience with Kwik Kar, and I'll definitely return!
Daughter took her car in for an inspection. Mechanic told her the serpentine belt was cracked and needed to be replaced. Took it to our regular repair shop.....he showed us the belt, still looks brand new. Won't be doing business with them anymore......just trying to sell you a bill of goods!!!!
Highly recommend the VERY friendly, and courteous staff including Ramiro, and Jason!! I wish I remember the names of the woman who helped me at first, and the front desk guy--all were a pleasure to meet! I got a new battery install and met some good folks!! #supportlocal

Had an oil change done about a month ago. They told me I might need a new oil pan due to damage to the drain hole. They said it would be just a 1hr labor charge for the work. Today I came in to get it done and they wanted to charge me 4+ hours for the service. Very misleading and dishonest.
