I haven't had their services yet but based on the fact that they came to my aid with no fee, I say they are the kind of folks I want to do business with. I had locked my keys in my car next door and he walked over and expertly opened the car! Many many thanks!
This place is honest and ethical in all they do, they did make a small error but they reimbursed me and stood behind their work. I will be taking them all my work as long as I live in Flower Mound!
Took my truck in to get an oil change, after I left I noticed a weird sound so I took it back. They kept it overnight and spent about 7 hours trying to figure out what was wrong. I'll admit that I don't treat my truck to regular check ups as much as I should and the chances of my negligence being the cause of the problem (and not whoever changed the oil) are pretty high.
