I feel that the staff at Kwik Kar Lube only recommends what truly needs to be done to my vehicle. Very impressed with the staff.
I attempted to get my oil changed on Saturday and it was a no-go. Too many people, which is a testament to their level of service, I think. Tried again on a weekday afternoon and had no wait. Excellent service, great communication, friendly people. I will definitely be back!
My family always gives business to Kwik Kar and apparently they are to greedy to give out a car was coupon anymore with an inspection poor customer service. We will no longer be reliable consistent customers in Flower Mound.
The General Manager, Albert, was very helpful and honest. He will advise what is the best for you even he doesn't make money out of it. When my dealership gave me a horrible service, I took my car to Kwik Kar and got the best quality of service along with great communication. I know I can trust him.
Kwik Kar is the only place we take our cars for services as well as repairs. The staff there is amazing! Jareth and Albert go above and beyond the call of duty to take care of their customers. They have even sent people to our home for locking our keys in the car! That's what I call service! I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are the best!!!

Called for price of oil change, was told $38. Already pricey, but convenient. Took my car in, ended up costing $49.71, and was provided service without telling me the price so I was stuck with a $50 oil change. Will never go here again
The operations manager, Albert Gutierrez, is very knowledgable about Ford F-150 trucks. We bring all of our cars to this Kwik Kar shop in Flower Mound -- located off of Long Prarie Road. We are happy with all the work they performed!
