I worked for a kiwik kar in college and I was blown away after the service I got today. They still charged me for a inspection even though they failed me for a cracked rear light that had been that way for over 7 years. You’re not supposed to charge for a inspection over something if it’s a visual fail. As the visual checks such as lights and glass are the first things checked. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Auto parts store down the street didn’t have anything good to say about them either.
Worst customer service I have ever expierenced. The manager was rude and obnoxiuos called me 15 mintues before closing at 5 PM on Saturday and I explained to him that didnt realize they closed so early but couldnt get there until 5:01, which I did and he noticed me driving in and as I walked to the door he locked it in front of me and used foul language and continued to call me Bro because I was upset that he would not bend the rule for 1 minute and made me wait to the next day to get my car. Under new ownership. Was charged 70 dollars for an oil change that costs 46 right down the road at Firestone. Will never go back.
RecommendedExcellent service! I pulled in today with an emergency as my car was smoking and overheated. I was immediately met by Juan Gutierrez and several other staff that greeted me and made sure I was ok. Juan immediately inspected the car and troubleshooted the problem. He not only fixed the car in record time, he ran several tests to make sure I would be safe getting back on the road. Amazing service and integrity is how I would describe the staff at this Kwik Kar location. And Juan is an angel! God bless him!
Took my car for an oil change last Saturday, they were very helpful and attentive. They kept me informed of how much longer would it take. Overall great customer service.
Always quick and excellent service
I always go here for maintenance, the employees are always extremely nice and very efficient! I would highly recommend this Kwik Kar in particular.
