I'm glad to have the opportunity to Thank each and every person, from the "welcome desk" to each kind person who answered my questions, administered the different tests and drops required until I was under inspection from Dr. Kutryb. Dr. Kutryb and Jessica were able to give me more answers and information (allaying any fears). Dr. Kutryb showed me specific tools and drew pictures! for my understanding (I think he loves his work??).
Can't say enough good about my experience with Dr. Kutryb. I don't remember ever seeing as well as I do with my new lens's. There was no down side. No side affects, complications, pain etc.. I could give examples of why I gave the ratings to those listed below. I wish other Drs. offices were as professional and caring as Kutryb Eye Institute. Go for it- you won't be disappointed.
The Doctor himself was very nice and was very educated. The staff however were unprofessional and acted stuck up. I was never informed about the changed address nor there being a co-payment. I also waited an hour past my scheduled time just to be seen.

I sincerely apologize for your experience. We just moved to our new office 4 days prior to your post, so you may have caught us on our second or third day. Our staff gives patients a reminder call the day before the appointment, but it seems they must not have told you we moved or didn't reach your number. I always try to be on time as much as possible while still giving patients in need the best care possible. I'm very sorry I made you wait and will strive to do better. Dr. Kutryb
From the words of Amazing Grace . . . ."was blind but now I see . . . Can't say it any better than that !!! Dr. Kutryb evaluated the numbers over and over to make sure he was doing the best he could do for me. That meant a lot to a high risk patient. like me. Dr. Kutryb is a genius. He's a doctor who actually cares about doing the right thing. He knows his eyes . . . I recommend Dr. Kutryb to everyone.

What a wonderful, skilled, knowledgeable man. Facing cataract surgery,he explained all my options was sure I understood them. Dr. Kutryb put me at ease and I had no doubt I was in very capable hands. He's the best!
