This restoration company the staff were kind, considerate and even when our insurance refused to cover things they were understanding and were very gracious and generous in working with us. Highly recommend they are one of the few honest restoration companies we have come across. We will definitely be calling them if we have any future needs.
Quick, reliable service. Only complaint is drivers need to slow down in company vehicles. Otherwise, very professional.
Ricardo was very professional and kind during the emergency portion of the work my kitchen , drying out the floor and did work .
If I could give a negative star I would. From extremely slow service, putting in the wrong size countertop, and my favorite, using my toilet and leaving a turd and no toilet paper was used! And don’t bother sending your generic reply. If you do it will show that it is just a generic response with NO intention of truly doing better!
