After two visits over the course of six months was left with same initial symptoms. Was told if it still hurts come back and we'll do an MRI. Two broken bones had healed but foot felt same. Told him it hasn't changed and hurts right then but just received basically a should shrug. Will be going going to a different Dr who is willing to do an MRI and figure out what else is going on in my foot.
I would recommend Dr. Hort without hesitation.
Sorry, but I can’t grade Dr Hort any higher. He was highly recommended but after he did my ankle surgery, i was still in terrible pain. Once I went back for the follow up he took xrays and agreed that he didn’t do it correctly. Now what, more surgery. Do I dare after he admitted that it wasn’t done incorrectly? I chose not to. Decided to find another doctor which I did. I’m not going to pass out what the new doctor said about the previous surgery but I was glad I changed to someone else.
Workers comp follow up visit. Dr. Hort and the staff were excellent to work with and made me feel very comfortable and always treated me with respect.
Great! Put plates and screws in my broken ankle. Yipee!
Knew immediately what I needed and took care of it right away. Provided explanations and answered questions to my satisfaction. All around great doctor.
Dr. Hort was very knowledgeable and informative about the ankle fusion procedure that I had done. The support team that supports him was outstanding. Only concern was when I did have a question(Over the phone), response from OA was not consistent as I would have liked. The surgery center was "spot on" whenever my family had any questions.
The best! Always listens & comes up with solutions. We are lucky to have Dr. Hort! Love him!
Dr Hort performed torn meniscus surgery on my right knee which allowed me to complete in the senior games. I would reccommend Dr. Hort. BoB Medley Palm Coast, FL
